Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception and among the animation team, highlighting individuals who made their stay memorable. The location and proximity to the beach are also appreciated. However, numerous reviews mention significant issues with service quality, including rude or inattentive staff, slow check-in, and unresolved complaints. Cleanliness is a concern for several guests, with reports of infrequent room cleaning and sightings of pests. The breakfast and buffet options receive mixed feedback, with some finding them adequate and others disappointed by the lack of variety and quality. Overall, while the hotel has strengths in its staff and location, improvements are needed in service consistency, cleanliness, and dining.
