Pros (+) Checked into room and later staff saw me with infant in my hands. Said room doesn’t hold an infant. Infant is 5 months old and has never slept in own bed. Said I had to leave with no refund. I stayed, police arrived and then I left. Later, Expedia gave me a partial refund.
Cons (-) I don’t like people that hate children and put their parents through hell.
