Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near thermal baths, city center, and local attractions, as well as the comfort and size of the rooms. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, and express dissatisfaction with the service, including staff attitude and language barriers. The breakfast and restaurant experience is often criticized for lack of variety, quality, and freshness, with several guests mentioning oversalted or reheated food. Despite these negatives, the proximity to attractions and some modern, comfortable rooms are appreciated.
