Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent and convenient location, especially its proximity to the subway and local amenities. However, many reviewers express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, citing dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and a need for refurbishment. Service receives mixed feedback, with some positive mentions of helpful staff, but also reports of unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality. Breakfast is generally considered overpriced and repetitive, and opinions on value for money are divided. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.

Cons (-) I lived in one of those older rooms. The bathroom looks old and not too clean although all were functioning.
