Pros (+) 3 pools, including very shallow areas good for toddlers. Free breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.
Cons (-) Bed was rock hard. Faucet was broken in bathroom. A/C barely worked latter half of our stay. Token system for towels was very annoying. Beach shuttle should run every half hour not every hour. Food was pretty mediocre at the hotel. Never received promised “welcome gift.”
