My room had everything that I needed and was spacious and warm. The bar was a comfortable area to sit in and have a snack

The vast improvement in the last 9 months of interior and attitude, need to sort Carpets and lifts asap
Advised Reception of following observations:- If putting tea&Coffee in Bedrooms ensure restocked daily; Cleaner should not be cleaning Brasserie area when Breakfast being served.

The newly refurbished rooms are very comfortable and elegant. The restaurant has a good varied menu, is reasonably (but not cheap) priced with friendly attentive helpful staff.
