What I liked best about the hotel was the location to my destination and the various places to dine out. I also liked that it was close to the highway.
Toilet didn't flush. Even after they plunged toilet didn't work. I had to be moved to another room. Closet door hanging off track(dangerous), door stopper broken and hanging off. Once moved to another room, no towels in the room. I was charged twice.
Awesome staff, very kind, courteous and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early, due to us coming from 13-14 hours away. Again the staff was great!
Pool was not open. Room showed quite a bit of wear. Common areas (hallways and stairwells) needed some cleaning and attention.

The room was just a bit in disrepair - rusted hinges, dirty curtains, drawers that didn't hang right...it just needed a refresh. Not annoying, just surprising.
