There are quite a few positives about our stay. We were checked in at 3 pm even though the checkin was at 4 pm. Our room (2 Qns) was of a reasonable size, had a Nespresso machine and refrigerator and the beds were comfy. Although I have lifetime Platinum status, no upgrade was offered/provided. Great location, beautiful hotel and restaurant, and lovely room with amenities. Friendly staff. I had dinner and drinks in the restaurant and both were tasty. Pros (+) Location. Great ambiance. Pleasant staff. Breakfast at the Six One Six. Quick response to service requests. Nice turn down service (complimentary bubbly and dessert).
Cons (-) Low water pressure for shower. Broken toilet lid. Dinner at Six One Six (entree was a bit skimpy).
