Good hotel, bad guests this weekend
The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has a nice pool and a good breakfast. Location is good and staff was very friendly and nice.
The hotel booked rooms for a youth basketball tournament that weekend and it seemed they allowed unsupervised children to book rooms without adults present. There was lots of loud noise, banging, bouncing, running during the night and morning. The floor was bouncing, kids were running wreckless on the 3rd and 4th floors. When we looked at the hallway, we saw many children without parents. We were not impressed with the hotel's ability to control the noise and activity in the hallway - not impressed with the parents who just let their kids run wild in the hotel.
