staff was friendly and helpfulCons:
booking with Kayak was the problem, i requested a different drop off location from the pickup, got the pricing and booked the car, but when I got to Enterprise they had the drop off location the same as the pickup location. so i was charged a fee for not returning the vehicle to the same location. this was either Kayaks or Pricelines fault.Hertz
