Pros:

staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

booking with Kayak was the problem, i requested a different drop off location from the pickup, got the pricing and booked the car, but when I got to Enterprise they had the drop off location the same as the pickup location. so i was charged a fee for not returning the vehicle to the same location. this was either Kayaks or Pricelines fault.

KAYAK
Hertz refused to rent car to me as I could not provide flight details matching my car return date (I was not due to fly on that date, I just wanted a car for the weekend). This condition was not made clear on booking, and Hertz changed me $100 cancellation fee. Extremely dissatisfied.
