Desk staff was all very nice, professional, and helpful. I think they're doing great with what they've got. Hotel itself seemed pretty grimy though; I don't normally complain, but I felt like washing my hands every 10 minutes. Pros (+) My husband and I loved the hot tub. And, that’s pretty much it!
Cons (-) Beds were like rocks and mattresses needs to be replaced. The staff was friendly at times. The owner was very rude upon check in. We were supposed to have had a hot breakfast. Instead you get coffee with the grounds, they had hot sunny d . They didn’t refrigerate and you got a pk of muffins. And, we were told to begin with . Pros (+) They had a laundry. Rooms were spacious.
Cons (-) They require a S150 deposit for a $60 room. We argued and they changed it to $100. Our room smelled like smoke even though there's no smoking. They changed our room. Someobe was in the hall yelling and fighting from 10 :30 until 1 am.

Pros (+) The only thing I liked was having a sofa bed for my 3rd child.
Cons (-) I have never stayed at a hotel that I felt so unsafe, disrespected, and dirty. First of all, the "secure" door on the side of the hotel would not latch which made me feel very uneasy.
