We really enjoyed eating breakfast in their eating area and the food was a good selection of breakfast items. The place was easy to find and and the staff was friendly.
It was hard to turn on the shower water. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy but the room was better then Motel 6 in Vegas.
The hotel was dirty. Tub was dirty carpet stunk. Check in staff was rude. Kept questioning the fact of 1 bed 2 woman Felt offended. Tub was peeling and dirty if I wanted motel 6 I would have gone there. Staff does not need to keep questioning my sleepin
Will never stay there again. And will tell my friends and family not to atay either
The beds are comfortable
The room was dirty, floor not vacuumed, coffee pot not cleaned, hair in the tub. Breakfast foods consisted of waffles, pastry bread and yogurt. Not what I'm used to at a Wyndham Hotel group since I couldn't eat any of it.
Good location near highway and close to Outlet. Breakfast fine.
The staff was wonderful. Our shower had a problem and overflowed, but the maintenance man and house keeping quickly responded and fixed the problem. They quickly gave us all new dry towels. The hot tub was cold, but the staff was quick to get it back on. Clean and quiet. We were in the back of the hotel and there was a locked gate, very safe. The price was fair for $100 the weekend prior to the Garlic festival. Glad we did not go that weekend. My prayers and heart goes out to everyone in Gilroy that was there that day.
The Wifi was not that great, but I was able to use the computer in the office. The pool was freezing.
