Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, finding it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the service, citing a lack of reception staff and poor communication. Many also feel that the hotel does not offer good value for the price, especially considering the state of the facilities.
