Location
Unable to control temperature in the room, was swelteringly hot and the central heating had a strange scented odour which permeates the whole room. Bath was standing only, tiny tiny room. Bring your own hairdryer, ancient old wall connected one which felt like a fire hazard before it dried my hair : (

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as it was very close to center.
Our double room bed was twin single bed. It kept moving apart from each other. Me and my husband got bit annoyed. Most of the hotels I have been to until now had water boiler, tea and coffee. I do not know if it was same everywhere in switzerland but I was hoping for it. Specially when you want late night light tea or very early coffee in bed.
