The rooms are very nice. We stayed in a deluxe king villa, very spacious. Housekeeping made sure we had enough clean towels daily. Staff very friendly.
The adjacent rooms had no sound barrier. We came in on Sunday all was great, then on Wednesday the room next to ours became occupied that's when it went downhill. They were so load it felt as if they we're in our living room. They were up until 3am which meant we were too. That continued the rest of our stay. We tried ear plugs, didn't work. The room above us everytime they turned on their jacuzzi it also sounded like they were in our bedroom. The rooms need to be sound proofed for a better stay. We didn't call & complain because we didn't know what the people might do to retaliate.
We stayed on top of a mountain
It was good
THE VIEW!❤️ The rooms were amazing! Loved having a separate bedroom so if anyone wanted to rest from all the fun running around Gatlinburg you were able to do so with out interruptions. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen helped saved money by being able to buy food and eat in together for certain meals. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. We slept well.
When you are on top of the mountain like we were you just can’t just walk anywhere. The walls in the adjoining rooms are SUPER THIN. We were woke up around 1:0@am with new people arriving late and they had no idea how loud they were and that the walls are thin. There was construction and the parking was so limited.
