Pros (+) The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was great. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was extremely small.

Pros (+) The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) When looking it up on Mapquest it had is in the center of all the shopping on parkway not on the east parkway a bit of a walk.

Pros (+) The staff was great and helped anytime we had a question, the beds were some of the best that I have slept on in Gatlinburg and the creek was nice to listen to at night. We will definitely be staying there next time
Cons (-) Could not connect to the wifi at all but everything else was great
