Pros (+) The room was spacious, the shuttle service was great and some of the staff were very pleasant
Cons (-) My problem is with the manager of the hotel who seems to think its okay to yell at me and call me a liar. I was extremely uncomfortable and wanted to cancel my reservation right there.
