Pros: Spacious of room; helpfulness of bellmen.
Cons: This hotel has many, many problems, to whit: *hair and dirt in main bedroom shower - absolutely disgusting *fit and finish of the hotel room was absurd - this hotel was not well put together. Floor tile putty overrun; cabinets in kitchen ill fitted; bathrooms incomplete - not sure how this hotel passed any reasonable inspection *no toilet paper in middle bathroom *dirt in elevator corners (also poorly built; improper fit and finish *ridiculously poor value for money - there is nothing (other than location) to justify the price of a room here *24 hour construction on all sides of the hotel - never a quiet moment

Pros: I loved the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was clean and very close to the Metro Station. Definitely worth the money and it’s exactly what you would expect from a 5 star Hilton hotel.
Cons: The selection of food and drinks in the Executive Lounge. You will find a limited selection of soft drinks.

Pros: Lovely room with all you needed, excellent bed, things seemed in the right place. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast is maybe that you would expect from a first class hotel with six stars. The staff throughout very friendly and helpful without imposing themselves.
Cons: In the room I would have wished for a coffee-machine that was more easy to use than the current model. I did not manage to make it work :-(

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, just on a short walking distance of the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It was the ideal location to be. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is extremely professional and helpful (Trimlesh, and others).

Pros: There was a shallow pool that was great for my 2 year old. Room service wasn't bad either.
Cons: Multiple members of the staff refused to rinse out my son's sippy cup, the first where the staff in the restaurant telling me to go to room service, then the front desk making excuses about how they couldn't do it. I did make a complaint with the manager who said he spoke to the staff and it was unacceptable, but it could all be lip service.

Pros: Everything about this hotel from the conceriage greeting on arrival, to check in to the quality and impeccable condition of the rooms, to check out. The restaurants are top notch and the property itself is majestic.

Pros: The hotel is situated in the heart of Al Rigga with plenty on the doorstep which I much appreciated having spent time in other hotels where there is little within walking distance, The rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed while the staff were unfailingly polite. The fact the hotel is smaller than the megahotels which dot Dubai makes for a much more friendly stay than the typical impersonal and rather sterile experience

Pros: The rate I paid is "very very good" considering the 5stars hotels rates in Dubai . Should the rate have been as high as other 5stars hotels in Dubai I would have selected another residence for my 3 nights . The location of the hotel is not bad but it is also not good .

Pros: Great Value. Loved the newly refurbished pool. Lots of workout equipment. Big clean, nicely furnished rooms. The buffet breakfast is worth including in the room rate. There were many choices with some variance. The staff was attentive all around. Our room was cleaned each day while we were at breakfast. Decor is pleasing to the eye. Very quiet and got the best night sleep in a long while. Close to Union and AL Rigga Metro stops so easy to and from airport. Amazing Value.
Cons: Obviously we enjoyed our stay, The only negative I could find is that the workout equipment could be cleaner.
