Cons (-) The breakfast coffee muffin juice and cereal. The pool dirty and cold. The elevator dirty. It could use a paint and overall cleaning but it one of the cheapest with great view

Pros (+) Close to many venues and the sea wall.
Cons (-) No closets. Toilet in the corner. Bathroom had half a tub. Water pressure was terrible. Couldn't shower half the time. Very run down. Chains on door. Noisy HVAC. Breakfast was literally dry cereal and packaged muffins.

Pros (+) Our TV didn't work correctly. We put on Pandora and talked for hours. We've been married for 22 yrs and this was an amazing stay
Cons (-) Mardi gras parade was right in front and able to view from balcony.
