Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently criticized the virtual or remote check-in process, finding it impersonal and inconvenient, with several expressing discomfort about privacy and lack of in-person staff. Many were disappointed by the absence of a proper breakfast, which was either not provided or not as advertised. On the positive side, the pool and hot tub were frequently praised for being clean and enjoyable, and several guests appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some noting clean facilities and others pointing out issues like dirty curtains or pests. Overall, while amenities like the pool and room size were highlights, service and breakfast offerings were major drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
