Pros: Great hotel with excellent service, nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and very good located.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Parking was very convenient.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean
4,6 Okay
Cons: The hotel room was booked for whole family, and stated breakfast is included as evident in photo, but hotel insists to charge extra for my 5 year old breakfast, saying it’s not free and kid breakfast not included?!
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff were consistently helpful and attentive.
Cons: The room could use a do over. Everything was old and slightly worn. Worst of all, it was cluttered: it was as if the hotel was so busy trying to provide for every contingency, filling every empty space with something that might be useful to someone, sometime, that they forgot to leave room for the guests’ own belongings. Literally, I had a square foot of space on the 8 foot sink counter for my toiletries, etc. The bathroom was very old fashioned and reminded me of those I came across in Japan 15 years ago. A common complaint in earlier reviews I’d read on several sites, which the management continues to ignore, is that breakfast is served cold. Not room temperature: ice cold. Eggs Benedict should not be cold, nor should the Hollandaise be gelid. The Western buffet selections were severely limited, so unless you’re an adventurous eater, and don’t mind fish and soup for breakfast, you might best look for some place in the area to have breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: They got an indoor swimming pool with well equipped gym.
4,0 Okay
Cons: Few staffs spoke English. Gave me wrong info at the reception for my breakfast. Later inform me by info slip for my breakfast which is about 30 min before the close.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: very good location, just beside the pathway going to historical Oura Church and shops for some Nagasaki food/souvenirs. The rooms are spacious and have good facilities. Highly recommended. But I suggest to have brrakfast outside, their buffet breakfast is not practical for the price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: location、kind and friendly,
9,7 Excellent
Cons: I had been staying at a luxury double bed room over 5 times and it was to my surprise that the room I booked is such a tiny room eventhough I had added Yen2600 to exchange to a bigger room. At the end I have to pay extra Yen8000 to upgrade to the room type I stayed before which is something I did not expect. I once paid HK$780 (approx) for the luxury double bed but for the current stay, I paid double!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, comfortable and excellent location.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The services provided by staff were excellent and friend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good service

Cons: The cleanliness was below standard and I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to come back.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Cleaniness of the room and hotel
Cons: No faclities for children
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location: a couple of blocks from train station, many restaurants around. Nice, sizeable room. Free internet. Modern, very clean, quiet rooms. Helpful staff.
Cons: Getting to the hotel from the airport is best done by taxi if you have big bags -- there's no escalator at the subway stop. Lobby restaurant is expensive and selection is not all that interesting -- but you can walk to several good eating places in and around the station.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Veryconvenientlocation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Don’t remember how many times we had stayed here. Housekeeping is always doing a great job in cleaning our room. Room is quite spacious compare with other hotel in town. Reasonable price.
Cons: Daily parking for 1800yen. It’s a bit overpriced. Housekeeping was really good, however, I found a used towel over the shelf after check in the room. I guess it was from previous guest but they overlooked while cleaning. It’s just a small problem and didn’t affect us :)
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff are very polite, and free coffee are provided and location was great
Cons: The onsen was too small, so always feels crowded ., the room was very small , also there was a horrible stench smell in the shower room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is nice and allow me to check in even I arrived earlier than normal check-in time. Good location. Just a few minutes walk to Metro exit. Also close to shopping area. One of the reasons that I select this hotel is because it's just around 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the car rental shop that I picked up my car in Hakata Station area the next day. Another important reason is the nice natural spring onsen. Free noodle to fill stomach at night. Nice breakfast. Club floor's pantry coffee and tea machines provided 24-hrs nice coffee and tea. Last but not least, reasonably priced.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, both american and japanese style buffet. It has its own onsen which makes it even more enjoyable. Onsen was never full for the 5 nights we stayed. It is a bit far from Hakata Station, but you can ride the subway at nearby Gion station to get there - cheaper than a taxi ride. It has a Family Mart next door with a connecting door you can use your room key on when it is late. Otherwise you can just walk thru to shop without going outside.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I could use a little upgrade ~
Cons: Tattoo policy is a little out dated ~ Come on! It’s 2020! 60% Americans have tattoos! We’re not MAFIA!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is adjacent to the Canal city so it's close (10 min walk) to tenjin and JR hakata. Staff was quite hospitable. Room was new and clean. Facilities in and out the room are up to standard.
Cons: As same as other Japanese hotel with elevator parking, taking out your car after parking in the elevator is a pain. 1800jpy car park.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and onsen
Cons: Nothing, construction is going on outside so there's a bit of traffic if you are driving
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Onsen is awesome! room very clean and comfort. The breakfast is ok but less of choice when compare with Dormy Sapporo that is excellent. the location is very good not far from Hakata station and closed to Canal City department store that you can find everything here. Cons: Good location to move around Fukuoka!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Good value - located right opposite Avis / Budget Rent a Car and right next to Tenjin Station. Depending on what undergound line you take, can take a bit of time but location is excellent. Starbucks next doors, lots of restaurants around, walkable distance to Hakata. Room was adequate, as expected. Bed bigger than expected and hotel provided two pillows (really liked the firm one), shower was very very good and staff were polite. Family mart, Lawson, 711 all within walking distance - very convenient.
Cons: Only two lifts providing access to the entire hotel - waiting time wasn't a big issue, but had to wait a lift or two every now and again due to other hotel stayers. Bathroom is small, which is alright, but a lot of toiletries provided and therefore not much space to put own stuff! And check out is for 11:00 - can be extended to 14:00 but a charge of 1,000 yen per hour. Space Charging for late check out

7,5 Good
Pros: Nice location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located just opposite Hakata Station which makes it very convenient if you are carrying heavy luggage or intend to do day trips out from Hakata Station. In my case, I did day trips to Nagasaki and Beppu from Hakata Station and it was definitely a seamless experience. The hotel room was also bigger than the average ones you get in Japan so I will say it is definitely value-for-money for the price paid.
Cons: Despite its convenient location, it would have been better if there were clear directions to the hotel from Hakata Station as the hotel is not easily visible from Hakata Station. Requires a fair bit of navigating.

6,0 Good
Cons: No gym for workout
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff excelled in both efficiency & friendliness while displaying professionalism in all they did. The room was comfortable, spacious & spotlessly clean.
Cons: One criticism of the hotel was that some of the "hot" food at the breakfast buffet was barely warm, despite being under food warming lamps. The buffet range itself was excellent & staff wonderful. Another smaller complaint was the lack of tourist information & decent maps available at the hotel.
