Cons (-) I came from out of town and Gasparilla parade was going on in the middle of check in time. I had to park several blocks away, pay $20 and walk with our luggage to the hotel. When we got there no rooms were ready and I asked why when making the reservation they wouldn't have mentioned the street would be closed and I was told everyone in Florida knows about Gasparilla.
