Pros (+) Easy to find. Easy beach Access.
Cons (-) It was run down and dumpy. First room we were in looked freshly painted, but musty. No phone, no cell service and wifi didn't work. Completely issolated in uncharted territory was a bit frightening. Second room we were in, the bathroom was so tiny I was claustrophobic. You couldn't even dry off without stepping into main room. Pros (+) Our room was nothing special. There was a microwave and a coffee maker (but not creamer of sugar). The beach is just a five minute walk.
Cons (-) Wi-fi was non-existent. Old TV. Generally a bit on the run-down side.

Pros (+) I liked that it was set back a bit and not right on the highway. It was quiet and the beach access suburb. Enjoyed a wonderful sunset!

Pros (+) The location and the private beach were nice. The view of the private beach from the balcony was also nice.
Cons (-) The rooms are old and not necessarily well maintained. The maid service was awful. We had no maid service on the first day and only partial maid service on the second day. Our coffee pot and cups were not cleaned and the beds were poorly made. The 19" TV worked well but was too small for the room and # of occupants. The wifi and cell service were non-existent in spite of having a wifi name and cod...

Pros (+) This motel needs to be updated. Maintenance is poor. 19" tv, really? I haven't seen one of those since the 70's. Bedding and towels probably from the 70's. The door would not stay closed. Went to breakfast and came back to find the door wide open. No cell service. No wifi.
Cons (-) Nice parking lot.
