Pros (+) I like the location of it, it it Centrally located, everywhere is walkable. The owner Alessio is an awesome host, he gave us a detailed orientation of the city and helpful suggestions and recommendations about it on our arrival. Everything in this B&B is supper clean. The building Itself is an attraction and all the decoration in it is elegant and tasteful.
Cons (-) It is a flawless B&B, A home away from home. I have fond memories of it and was grateful for Alessio’s hospitality and accommodation.

Pros (+) Alessio was incredibly helpful in teaching us the general layout of Florence and the easiest ways to get around. It's located down one of the major avenues that cuts straight through central Florence, but is along a quiet stretch of that road. The rooms were very quiet and I would certainly stay here again. And, if it makes any difference, it is literally right next door to one of the best gelater...
Cons (-) My only small complaints were that the beds weren't particularly comfortable, and you could hear noise in the hallway if other people loudly entered into the residence. We also were in the room that was furthest from the wireless router, so our phones had some trouble picking up signal (though it was no problem with our computer). But really, the upsides here way, way, way outweigh the downsides.

Pros (+) The place is very cosy with less than 10 rooms and a family-like feeling. The bathroom was separated from our bedroom (not the case with other bedrooms) but the owner provided us with bathrobes which made it comfortable. The room was rather small but decorated with gusto and very clean. It was cleaned daily during our stay. The owner is a very nice man who was helpful throughout our stay. Breakfas...
