Cons (-) I did not feel like KAYAK adequately represented the pet fee charge at the Hyatt House. KAYAK lists "pet friendly" as if it is an amenity, like cable tv, breakfast, or a swimming pool. We choose to stay at the Hyatt House based on them being pet friendly. Little did we know that we were going to be charged $75 for having our pet with us during our stay.
