Pros (+) Price was about half the cost or more versus other hotel options. Easy bus to town center and train station. Interesting, historic building.
Cons (-) Keeping in mind this is a low priced youth hostel: space is cramped, rooms were hot with no air condition, building is very old. But, it is the lowest cost option in the area. A little discomfort for a lost is the trade off. For me, it was worth it.
