Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and did accommodate us nicely.
Cons (-) When we got to the hotel room our floor was SOAKED and smelled like chemicals. The bathroom was falling apart (missing door frame pieces and the lights decided when they did and did not want to work). The window has no screen and was unable to be locked and our key didn't want to work most of the time and we had to receive help from a custodian.
