Pros (+) Loved the river babbling throughout the night
Cons (-) Two story hotel. We were on the first floor and it seemed that the neighbors upstairs were practically on top of us. They got in late and apparently not very much in the way of insulation between the floors. REALLY LOUD!!

Pros (+) Very clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds & pillows. Location was close to downtown Estes. Very walkable.
