I had to pay upfront for the room but when I arrived my room had been given away and they said they were overbooked. My room should have never been given away since it was already paid for. Cons (-) I found a bed bug in the bed, which we were laying in. Brought it to the front desk attention and received nothing back from them. No apology, phone call, Nothing! I've been trying to get my money back since and no help with that either.

Cons (-) Room had hairs in the bed which were not from us and my husband and I were woken up multiple times by the people staying next to us. They made it very clear they were taking pain killers and partying in their room.
