Erfurt hotels near Predigerkirche

Pros: The hotel has an excellent garage. This is a convenient location in downtown.

Cons: The hotel where is a bit expensive and the garage parking also expensive but it was still worth it.

Pros: Excellent location, underground parking right on site, they upgraded us to an apartment, really good breakfast, and the staff was friendly, smiling, nice, and very well trained. Just a great place to stay in Erfurt.

Cons: That our stay was so brief. Two nights would have been much better, so I suppose we'll need to come back.

Cons: There was no soap by the sink to wash hands after you used the bathroom . You had to walk back into the shower to squeeze the bottle of soap.

Pros: The location was great. The room was clean. The facilities were more then sufficient.

Cons: The designer doors of the bathroom and toilet. It's semi see through. So with friends it can be uncomfortable that they can see you when you take a shower or doing your thing on the toilet. But we solved it by covering the doors up with towels.

Pros: Location, personnel, breakfast...this hotel is really a little treasure right in the middle of Erfurt

Cons: The only thing we didnt appreciate is the see-thru door for the shower and , especially, the WC. No matter how familiar you are with each other, there are moments when one wishes to be really only with him/herself :-). A bit of a pitty because otherwise the decoration and rest of facilities in the apartment are really super modern and very comfortable.

Pros: Cleanliness was superb. The staff was friendly and smiling. Perfect location in the very center of Erfurt. Nice place to spend one night and to see the old city center.

Cons: The soap bottle in the shower were almost empty. During our checkout the receptionist said that our stay was not paid in advance and in result we paid twice. She was clearly wrong. It took us a call to hotel and a couple of emails to get our money back.

Pros: Feather duvets on 1.2m wide beds, put together as a double, So comfortable. Clean, spacious and pet friendly. Amazing breakfast spread. Lovely shower.

Cons: For a 4 star hotel the bathroom was very, very small. The room very small also.

Pros: Super easy to access everything in the city. The rooms are very basic though and not even a kettle to make tea. Fine if you won't be spending much time inside.

Pros: You can take a dog with you to the hotel room. It costs another 8 Euros per night. But you'll likely get the furthest away room from the elevator. Yet equally it is bound to be quieter. The room was clean, the bed comfy. I liked that they did not provide hand towels anymore. For a 3 night short stay I agree they are superfluous and that way we saved them washing two towels less in their launderette.

Cons: We would have liked some more English TV channels, they only had two English news channels the majority was German channels.

Pros: Good location within walking distance of all attractions. Good breakfast and good facilities.

Cons: Some of the staff members were rude and couldn't communicate properly in English.

Pros: The location was ok, although even with the windows closed we could hear the trains coming and going, and the announcements at the train station next door.

Cons: For 250.00€, I had a totally different expectation from what we found. Upon arrival there was a loud vent blowing cold air constantly in our room. When we tried to ask the staff to turn it off, they said we had to live with it... there was nothing they could do and that it would eventually turn itself off. It did, sometime after 10:00 pm. Unfortunately it then came back on, waking us up at 7:15 in the morning. Not nice on a Saturday. The bathroom was like one would find on a train. For the price i expected nice toiletries in the room.... not the multi-use soap dispenser stuck to the wall next to the sink and in the shower. The bed was as hard as a board and the tiny pillow managed to feel like a stone. There was a strong chemical smell when we left the elevators on our floor. The small room appears clean, but we didn‘t look too hard. The breakfast for 14.00€ per person extra was sufficient, but expect powdered scrambled eggs and supermarket rolls. The staff was completely unsympathetic when problems were brought to their attention. They offered no solutions and said that was just the way it was. I have had better experiences in a 40€ per night pension then they were able to provide.
