Pros:The type of vehicle I choose for the trip.Cons:The manager working with me and granting my ask of filling the gas tank up so all I have to do is fill it back up. It's a lot easier not having to worry about the level and where it is at when you drop it off. No one wants to put to much gas in the vehicle when they are dropping off. They should do this with all their cars. The Galesburg office where I live does it for me all the time because I rent locally a lot. Not having the one way charge would also have been nice. We were on a budget. I made an appointment with them to pick the vehicle up at noon but it wasn't ready until 1:30pm what is the point of making appointments if they are not going to keep them ? This vehicle should really not have been rented out because it pulled to the right kinda hard all the way home which wears you out on a 14 hr drive. The manager said well I wished you would have said something so we could have given you a different vehicle. I said well I needed to get on the road and you should always know what is going on with your vehicles. There is more but this is enough.Reviewed Jan 11 2021
