Pros:Staff was friendly and quite helpful. They arranged my preferred car at a very good rate. The car itself, a 2019 Lincoln Navigator, was awesome. Very roomy, quiet, comfortable and powerful. Pros:Both the pick-up and drop-off were really easy. Even returning the car very early to SeaTac airport went well since there were several associates available to assist (at 3:30am!). I got a free upgrade to a larger vehicle as well. The associates at the pick-up location were also very helpful.Cons:It was too bad that dropping the car off at a different location than pick-up had to cost $50.Reviewed Jan 19 2019
