Will Never Use Again
Pros: Absolutely Nothing
Cons: After allowing me to pay the deposit using my American Express card, I was told the day the rental was to bugin that the car rental company would not accept Amex for the bulk of the payment. I ended up having to cancel the reservation and lose my deposit. Shameful !!!!

Wasn't a pleasant experience, won't rent from them again
Pros: The employees are welocming and respectful.
Cons: -The car I rented broke down while driving. Neither the offic nor the road assistance responded to my calls. Putting me in a bad situation. -they make a big deal out of returning the car without a full fuel tank. - they don't have enough people at their counters, need to wait a lot until it's my turn.
