Car could have been in better condition. It broke down on I4 in FL at 10pm and customer service was less than helpful for an hour. The tow truck when it arrived was great but getting help from Enterprise or state police in FL didn’t materialize. Enterprise should have sent an Uber at their expense as we were 7 miles from an exit. If it wasn’t for the amazing tow truck driver we might still be waiting.
