Pros: I rented the car at the Savannah airport location and they said it was different location than the original rental . They then raise the price $25

Worst rental experience
Pros: Hey gave us a discount for horrible service.
Cons: To begin, we made a reservation to be picked up to retrieve our rental. Not only were they 2 hours late but we had to call three times for them to eventually pick us up. When we finally arrived, we had to wait another 30mins-1hr for a car because they were over booked. When we finally received the car it was dirty, only a quarter of a tank full and smelled like cigarettes. We did the walk through and the car was all knicked up, so the representative said he would mark them down. When we returned the vehicle, they claimed that the scratches were not indicated and that we would be responsible. By that time we were livid. This is the first and last time we rent with Enterprise. Though we know each location is different, I wouldn't want to risk it. Whatever you do, do not rent from Enterprise on Abercorn in Savannah, GA. Absolutly horrendous and horrible management and service. Bad for business!
