Lack of Flexibility in EnterprisePros:Enterprise staff at Nelson Brogdon branch always provide professional service.Cons:I needed a pick up, but it could not be done because I live 20 minutes away. Also was not able to transfer the deal to the Enterprise nearby to me. So had to forgo the deal, for a higher rate at the closer Enterprise.Reviewed Apr 4 2017

Save the confirmation screenCons:The vehicle I rented changed after I made my reservation. The confirmation screen said one type of vehicle while the email said a smaller type of vehicle. I was glad that I took a screenshot of the confirmation screen as proof of the larger vehicle.Reviewed Apr 4 2017

Car was filthyCons:When we picked up the car it didn't look like it had been cleaned. There was throw up in the back seat, that I cleaned myself. There was also food and garbage left over from the person who rented it previously. The place and people I dealt with were very nice, but I don't know if I would rent from them again because of the mess.Reviewed Jan 23 2017

Extra charges for a dirty carPros:Quickness of staff. Full tank of gas. Helpfulness of staff when upgrading to larger car.Cons:Our rental that was booked on this site was for a pick up at 8am on Friday and a drop off for 5pm on Monday for a total of 145. When we got up there they told us that the price was wrong and because we would not be dropping off at 8am Monday morning we had to pay for another day. Upon seeing the car and how small it was we decided we needed to go up in size which they were helpful with but the car we got was filthy. it had 20,000 miles on it but the carpet was tore up and coming out from under the dash, there were things all over the roof it looked as if it had not been cleaned since it was bough. we ended up taking it to the car wash before taking our trip.Reviewed Nov 29 2016
