Pros:We ordered a minivan and confirmed but they didn't have one on site when we arrived for pick up. They offered another vehicle but it was not comparable so they then located another minivan and had it driven over to their office. At took about 45 minutes longer than planned but I was thankful that a accommodated me.Reviewed Jan 4 2018

Pros:Attempt to apprase me after thier mistake.Cons:The fact I requested a specific type of vehicle and they attempted to offer me 2 lower tier vehicles. Vehicle needed serious maintenance and placed my group in danger traveling through slick, snowy, mountain conditionsReviewed Jan 17 2017
