Dirty car and a lot of hassle
Pros: I eventually did get a car to rent.
Cons: - They had run out of cars to rent out. Took them 10 mins to offer me a giant SUV when I wanted a car. - They had to drive me to some auto repair place to get a car - The car was the dirtiest rental that I have ever rented. Nasty stains and spills everywhere - The car was very high mileage at over 35K - The person that rented me the car said he would waive additional driver fee as a courtesy. When I returned the car, they seemed to have no recollection of this.

Cons: Enterpise's eponymous 'pick-up service' was not offered, which made it less convenient than renting at an airport location as a local
Pros: Employee was friendly, offered an upgrade which we declined. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and drove well. Return went smoothly. We will use Enterprise again!

Pros: Honestly, very little about this experience was enjoyable.
Cons: It's been over a week, and despite assurance from Enterprise corporate as well as a rep from the local office who is "going to take care of this for me right now," I've yet to get my deposit back from my 5-hour rental. The car's seatbelt alarm went off THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS DRIVING. Yes, the seatbelt was buckled. Yes, ALL of the seatbelts. Yes, I tried unbuckling, re-buckling, unbuckling, restarting the car, etc etc. Enterprise is completely unavailable after hours unless your car is not running or on fire, apparently. Trash? In the car? Really? Sure, guess I'll take care of that, since I'll get dinged for it if I leave it. Speaking of dings: when the gentlemen walked me around the vehicle before giving me the keys so I could "inspect" for damages, he didn't bother noting any of it down. Dents? Scuffs? Scratches? "Nah, it's fine, honestly if it's smaller than a golf ball we don't worry about it." Sure. Okay. I returned after-hours, and unfortunately, the parking lot was poorly lit to the point that I felt extremely uncomfortable in the five minutes it took to filli out the key-return sign-off sheet. The entire experience was really poor. I've rented a lot of cars in my time, and I know few rental companies are perfect, but this was just miserable.
