Gas prices in Seattle were $5.40/gal and I was driving a full size pickup. That was a bit of a shock. But really - I can say nothing bad about the actual RENTAL Experience. They were great. Car was great.Reviewed Oct 12 2023

Pros:Very friendly staff.Cons:I reserved a small economy vehicle, which wasn’t available at time of pick up, so I was given a minivan, which isn’t much of an upgrade at all. Nonetheless, I was not charged more. The minivan was not the cleanest inside. It had less than a quarter of gas at time of pickup. Thankfully, I was not required to return with a full tank. Rental seemed expensive for a rather inefficient and ugly vehicle for my short trip.Reviewed May 18 2021

Pros:The staff was very helpful and patient. And very Thorough!It’s a company where I walk into and felt really comfortable,I didn’t feel like I have to put my defense up or anything.Great staff they didn’t awesome job very professional!Cons:I honestly didn’t see anything else that they could have done better.Yes the only thing I can say about the company there in a private maybe find a bigger area for the business.Reviewed Jul 28 2020

Pros:Quick in and out.Cons:Was not sure which cars in the lot I was able to rent at my price level. On line it stated a Kia Soul or similar, but in the lot there was no Soul and the rep was pointing to several cars with little reference to which ones were at my price level. Employees are not versed in customer skills.Reviewed Sep 16 2019
