Absolutely horrible experience. Dirty office, not a single customer got the type of car they had reserved, staff was friendly to us, but rude to others. We had reserved a standard sedan and ended up with a 9 seater van that was extremely hard to navigate in and out of what must have been the narrowest parking garage with the lowest ceilings. There was literally an inch of space between van roof and parking garage ceiling. Would never use this branch again.Reviewed May 28 2022

Cons:We returned the car after hours, and were charged a ridiculous amount of money for a small scratch on the rim that we hadn't noticed at pickup. It felt like a scam, it took us months to fight it through our credit card insurance. I will not rent from them again.Reviewed Jan 24 2019

Pros:I hired a car only for one day, but my first experience with Enterprise was quite positive. I got a bigger car than what I booked (for the same price), which was almost new. Clean and nice. The location is also perfect, just outside the Stadtmitte U-Bahn station. The staff was polite and helpful.Reviewed Jun 24 2017
