Pros (+) Didn't know breakfast came with it. We were not shown which way to our room Not told if there were a place to eat there. Staff soft spoke difficult to hear. I asked her to speak louder several times

Cons (-) Airport shuttle is free, but it was an hour late to pick us up because of traffic. You also have to walk 10 minutes through O'Hare with luggage to the spot where they pick you up, and it's hard to fin...
