I only stayed the night before my flight and everything was excellent. The room was perfect and the location for me excellent. Super close to airport and have shuttle service.

Pros (+) Breakfast was okay, smoked salmon was great. Bed was nice. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons (-) Shower is a very bad design. Air conditioning was not working. On the first night, we had to remove an old used bar of soap from the shower from the previous guest. Unpleasant.

Pros (+) Check in seamless and super friendly and helpful staff at 3 am. Bed very comfortable and helpful information and 24 hour shuttle to airport provided.
Cons (-) Shower super confusing and ultimately didn't work. Would be helpful to post on website the directions to the 24 hour shuttle service. Arrived at 3am, no cell capacity so phone number wasn't useful.

Cons (-) The maintenance guy had to come to fix the thermostat, it was a sauna inside the room. Even after it was supposedly fix it took a long time to work properly, wasted too much time adjusting in order to sleep

Better to go across road to cafe. Need larger airport shuttle or a second bus in the mornings to get to airport.

Cons (-) The rooms were extremely dirty. One of the garbage cans in the room still had garbage in it from someone who stayed previously. My sister and her husband broke out in hives because of how dirty it was. It doesn't look that bad in the main reception lobby but the rooms were another story. It was very run down.
