At an exceptionally difficult time for our family the hotel accomadated us and went out of their way to help and assist us in every way that they could. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms clean and comfortable. During social distancing the hotel followed all rules and we felt safe and at ease in the hotel. The cleanliness was of a very high standard. I will certainly recommend other friends and family to stay here should they need to stay in Eindhoven. The location is good for the town and airport.

The personnel at the reception was kind.
When I left the hotel, after my stay, I could not find my hearphones (quite expensive, 200$) I used only once and only in my room, and never outside. I sincerely cannot exclude the possibility that they were stolen while I was out of my room for work.

The location was excellent. So close to the downtown area. Easy access to all the restaurants and shopping. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we've recently stayed.
