The personnel at the reception was kind.
When I left the hotel, after my stay, I could not find my hearphones (quite expensive, 200$) I used only once and only in my room, and never outside. I sincerely cannot exclude the possibility that they were stolen while I was out of my room for work.

The location was excellent. So close to the downtown area. Easy access to all the restaurants and shopping. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we've recently stayed.

The location is very good, close to the city center
The service is actually pretty poor. We have stayed there four times already and had to pay for an earlier check in even though the room was already cleaned and ready to go.
