Pros: Liz She was the best part of our entire stay here. We didn’t roll in till after midnight and needed a drink bad. We went to the bar and met Liz and a lovely and charismatic bartender. She poured us the perfect drinks and then sat down with us. She listened to us talk about our crummy vacation and was so empathetic. She deserves a raise.

Cons: For starters, on booking.coms website it clearly stated the king suite had a hot tub in it, it did not have one. Infact the unfriendly front desk girl claimed none of the rooms have hot tubs. The toilet had feces on it. Everything had dust as if it hadn't been dusted since it opened in 2012. The swimming pool was closed down, no info on site stating this. The three employees I woke with were rude and offered zero help, actually they just stared at me until I walked away disgusted. Treatment like this when I paid for the most expensive room they had is inexcusable at best. If possible I would like to demand a refund for the entire night or partial at least since that was no suite. Cons: When we checked in the woman was very rude. I told her I had reserved 2 rooms. She stated that we were going to have a problem because I had only reserved 1room. I told her I had no problem because I had my confirmation email that clearly stated I had 2 rooms reserved. She told me that it didn't matter what I had it only mattered what her computer told her. The manager came out of the office and straightened out the situation. And yes I had 2 rooms reserved. I paid cash for my room and my sister paid for the other room. After checking out the next day I discovered that my card had been charged also for the amount of the room after I had paid cash. So I had to call and speak to the manager to get that straightened out. 2 days later it was credited to my account.

Pros: Steven was a great help at the front desk. Having the pool & breakfast were nice. The room was clean & comfortable.

Cons: The pool was a bit chilly. There was an electronic noise (lights?) buzzing loudly in the area of the pool ceiling. The bed could have been about 3-4" lower so one could set on it and place their feet on the floor.

Pros: The room was spacious and had a microwave and mini fridge which was a great surprise.

Cons: We were not given the extra amenities like asked in our reservation. Our room has a funky smell to it and got way too hot at night with the AC fan the highest it could go and the temperature the lowest it could go. We were not impressed by the breakfast that was offered. It was a small, break room type area. The coffee was not good and the apple juice was out.

Cons: I stayed here in October 2019. There were 2 buildings. The second building, where I was asked to stay, was at the rear of the property and had a hole in the door where the lock should have been. Hallway smelled musty and dirty. Bedspread had unknown stains on it. I didn't even sleep under the cover. Floor turned my socks black in 10 minutes. Bathroom door, light switches, and main door were filthy. There was a badly patched hole in the bathroom door. By the sink in the room, the pony wall corners had sharp, exposed metal showing. I wouldn't even consider a shower. Also, the door looked like it was going to fall out of the wall. There was a huge crack all around the frame. It didn't look safe and I didn't feel safe.

Pros: It was quiet and off the interstate. The night manager was nice and friendly. I liked that breakfast was at 5am. Most hotels are at 6 or even at 7am on the weekends. I need to get back on the road early so this was great.

Cons: The hotel was disgusting. There was an inch thick of multiple different animals hair on the back of the couch, on top of the drapes, clogging the hair dryer, in the corners. There were so many flies in the breakfast area I couldn't stand it.
