Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing attractions. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning specific employees who made their stay memorable. Breakfast is also highlighted as a positive aspect, with quality and variety appreciated. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and maintenance issues in some rooms. Some guests also note that the gym is limited and the hotel can be expensive, especially during peak times. The bedroom and bathroom were small and the rest of the hotel just felt like an apartment building. There was no real old-world warmth. As you would expect the staff were very friendly and helpful. My final gripe was that t...
Cons (-) The price and the lack of old-world charm.
