Pros (+) Good restaurant on site, coffee at all hours, shuttle bus to the airport, and best of all, an easy walk to the tram to downtown Edinburgh.
Cons (-) Well, a big sign mentions chair massage at the spa, but it turns out they have to bring someone from the airport to do this and it must be booked in advance. A bit of a disappointment after a long day in uncomfortable aircraft.

Pros (+) Staff were excellent, and friendly, breakfast very good. Nice eating/drinking area near reception. Airport shuttle bus service very good.
Cons (-) Room was clean but very tired, needs updating. Public area toilets were dirty on my arrival in the evening, they were even worse the next morning after breakfast.
