The best thing about this hotel was that there was a bed to fall into after having had a good night out at a wedding in inchture.
The kettle was perched on a shelf that was slanted, very safe. not. the sink wasnt in the bathroom. the duvet cover wasnt big enough for 2 people. no milk for coffee in the morning. when we went to hand in the key in the morning the reception was closed and there was noone on the premises. we had to put the key through the letterbox.

The Hotel was near to Dundee but away from the bustle. The Breakfast had a choice of small- toast,tea and ceareal for about £3.50. Or Full Brakfast for £6.95. We chose the latter and there was too much to eat.
Its probably closing next year for redevelopment of the site.

It was clean and comfortable and the owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was good value for the money
the hotel was a bit tired in the decor and could do with a face lift
