Terrific bed. Great shower. Spacious room. Looked quite impressive after grotty entry.
Poor lighting, No chairs to sit at bench and eat brekky. Kettle missing and no phone to reception to report same. So no cuppa. Passage to room dark and very dirty with dirt and leaves. Needed a good blow.
The location was good
Bed was to soft the door was old an hard to open
The unit was a good size and clean location was good with a shopping centre just down the road. The meals at the bistro were a good size, tasted magnificent and were great value for money. Staff were friendly and we were welcomed with open arms.
The bed was very uncomfortable with my wife and I rolling into the centre. This meant that we both woke up with back aches each morning. The other suggestion is to improve the lighting. The room has dark wood panelling and the use of diachronic lighting is not suitable in this situation
Close to restaurant. Breakfast was good
Staff were lovely with great customer service. The housekeepers were excellent and always come back to the room with clean beds made perfectly and clean towels.
The rooms do not look like the pictures on bookings.com, the carpets were filthy the bathrooms are old and need a good make over, and the beds are so old you fall into a hole in the middle of the bed. Dust was all over bathroom doors and skirting boards..
