Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, with several mentioning its proximity to the metro and convenience for short stays. Some guests found the rooms clean, neat, and comfortable, and a few highlighted good service from specific staff members. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with staff professionalism, early check-in policies, and guest treatment, especially at reception. Cleanliness issues, noise from clubs, and problems with breakfast quality were also noted. Overall, while the location and some room aspects are appreciated, service and cleanliness need improvement.

Pros (+) The cleaning staff was nice and the restaurant was good.

Cons (-) The hotel was advertised as having free parking. There was no parking at all and I had to park four blocks away. Ultimately, I received a ticket for this ordeal. Also upon checking in, I was told a certain rate only for miscellaneous fees to be included putting the price back to the original before the discount. It isn't a bad hotel but I have no intention of staying again.
