Pros (+) The staffs were lovely except for those of the front desk. Most of them are not properly trained and their only focus seems to be trying to charge you for extras you don’t need.
Cons (-) Train your staffs to recognize a booking that has already been paid for. Focus on customer services rather than telling me to cancel my third party booking so they could get the credit and double/ overcharge for something that has already been paid for.
