The view over the ocean was beautiful.
Room dirty and nothing like the pictures. I have stayed in 1 star hotels that were more clean and comfortable. One bed cover smelled of vomit but we couldn’t get a new since the staff didn’t speak English. The sand beach is not really a sand beach - it is sand under beach chairs, then a small rock wall and then a drop of one meter into the ocean so not kid friendly. Super expensive and the free hotel parking was 10 euro per day (or stay 300 meters from the hotel on a public street). They also had water issues so we had to flush the toilet with buckets of water. We had pre paid for 3 nights but left after one day and found another hotel. The worst experience ever and I will never go back or recommend to anyone I care about. What could improved: For example when you say that breakfast is until 10 am and we arrive at 09.30 to find empty platters and nothing was refilled so we had a few pancakes for breakfast. Maybe refill the food?
Small but nice beach. Tasty breakfasts.
Unfriendly staff. Barely speak english. Several times tried to ask some questions - straight away irritated answers and agressive communication. Questions were not solved. All the additional facilities including swimming pools are for additional money. Beach towels are for additional money. By the check-in reception staff started to promote all the facilities which are for the additional payment. And didn’t invest a minute of their time to explain where is what and what can we use without non-stop additional payments. Check-out time is at 10. Check-in not earlier than 2. We came after two and the room was not ready (at the moment it is NOT a season). Breakfast is from 8-10. Lunch and dinner only 55 minutes.
The hotel has a small but lovely beach, the dinner was tasty.
The hotel looks better in pictures than in reality. Our room had a partial sea view, with a tiny balcony, the windows needed new paint, the roller rails were rusty, no slippers, old blankets. Old is the word that describes this hotel. We chose a triple room ( one double bed and one single bad) because I traveled with a 6 year old and a 2 year old child. It was normal to pay only for the cot, but we also cashed 50% of the night rate for the 6 years old child, although we had already paid in the total price of the room the extra bed, as a whole, for 3 adults. We chose this hotel for the seawater indoor pool. (weather was not very good ) and this hotel had its own indoor pool. We knew that we would pay extra for using it, but the price was 8 euro/ hours for adults ( was a little expensive for what I received) and although they said that for kids will be free, on the bill we found that we payed 4 euro/hours. In the pictures on the hotel page, you see 4 outdoor swimming pools, one is with cold water and the others with hot water, for which you have to pay. This does not announce it on the hotel page. We paid more for accommodation nights, for dinner and for the pool, they stole us. The details on the booking page, are not given and at the reception they tell you something and when you pay you find much higher amounts on the bill.
