Pros (+) The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean, and well appointed.
Cons (-) Not sure if the shops are part of the hotel, but I found the tailor to be less than friendly, and acted like they were not interested in my business. They quoted two different prices for the same thing on different days during my stay. Both were exhorbitant.
